Daily Routine for Fit and Healthy Puppy.

This is a general guide; all timings are approximate and should be adapted to suit timings of your puppy and household.
For instance, some puppies like to sleep after their food, others after their walk or play time.
As you spend time with your puppy you will learn its habits and what works best for you and your new pup, so be prepared to swap things round.
You will notice that the routine is repeated throughout the day, this makes easier for you to know what your puppy should be doing at any moment during the day.

Getting enough undisturbed sleep/recharge time is critical. Without this many puppies will become difficult to manage, will bite, grab clothing and be hyperactive. Be very aware of this if there are children involved with the puppy, as they often find this behaviour hard to manage, intimidating and disappointing.

If your puppy is on 4 meals per day then adjust the timings accordingly.
