Puppy help, training and advice, (6 months or under.) I am now providing a video consultation service via Zoom, which will still provide an effective and positive engagement with me. I will be going through the same new puppy questionnaire that I would be using if I came to your home, giving guidance and help as well as answering all the questions you may have. The only thing I can’t do is a physical check of your puppy. You will be able to show me the set up you have for your puppy, the location within your home of your puppy’s crate/sleeping area, size, type etc. by using the camera on your tablet/phone.
So far these have proved to be very successful and extremely valuable to those who are at home with a new or recently arrived puppy.
The cost for the on-line puppy consultation is, £70 for 40 minutes, which is a reduction of the usual home visit cost. Payment will be via invoice sent by email. Appointments are available between noon and last appointment 6 pm, Monday-Friday.

Behaviour/training consultations. I am also providing a video consultation service via Zoom for anyone who is currently experiencing a behaviour/training challenge with their dog. Using my usual comprehensive behaviour profiling questionnaire, together with additional questions asked about you, your relationship with dog and it’s behaviour, I will be able to provide you with guidance, help, advice and direct you towards a behaviour/training program.
In most cases you will be able to put this in place immediately and get you and your dog heading in the right direction, sooner rather than later, even if it’s a temporary programme designed to keep people and/or children safe.
